Analysis tools (Matomo)

This is an open source tool for web analysis.

With Matomo, no data is transmitted to servers that are outside of our control. Matomo is deactivated when you visit our website. Your usage behavior is only recorded anonymously if you actively consent.

Chat Bot

Sailrs GmbH relies on communication via chatbots, among other things.

Communication with the site at the following URL: https://www.facebook.com/weblakestartup/ is supported by a chatbot.

For this purpose, communication between you and the site is routed securely via a server that analyzes messages and requests public profile data from Facebook.

Data processing on the server is carried out in compliance with this data protection agreement.

Our services are hosted by an external service provider in Germany and Finland (Hetzner).

The personal data collected when interacting with our services is stored on the hoster's servers.

This can include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via our services (e.g. this website).

The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its service obligations and will follow our instructions with regard to this data. ** Conclusion of a contract for order processing**

In order to ensure data protection-compliant processing, we have concluded a contract for order processing with our hoster.

SSL or TLS encryption
