Agents can prepare orders, consolidate shift information, classify deviations or propose next steps. Write access to ERP, MES, QMS or CMMS uses defined tools, approvals, logs and stop rules. AI agents support accountable staff; critical decisions remain human.
Process automation across systems
Automation handles data capture, plausibility checks, document generation, notifications and handoffs between sales, production planning, manufacturing, quality and service. Process automation includes failure paths and manual takeover, not only happy path.
Custom AI software
Where standard products cannot represent process logic or user context, we build specialist applications, copilots and portals. APIs, events and permissions connect existing systems without creating shadow IT. Custom software development covers interface, backend, integration and operations.

A pilot starts with bounded line, user group and system landscape. Baseline and target measure are agreed first, such as search time, cycle time, rework, processing backlog or response time. Technical hit rate alone is insufficient: solution must fit real work, expose operational state and allow human takeover.
